Do You Wish You Had A Stronger Community Of Women In Your Life that can help you grow in your Personal Development?

Are you a woman who feels stressed, lonely, and too busy to focus on your needs? Do you wish you had more time for self-care? Are you wrestling with the effects of grief and loss, perhaps childhood trauma, and you need somewhere to safely work through them?

Do you need to build your trust in your intuition, desire to be more tuned in to spirit or work on the spiritual side of your being?

Maybe you want to connect with a group of women who share your mindset and understand your struggles, but you don’t know where to start. As much as you crave deeper friendships, networking and building a community is hard. You may be stretched so thin by other demands that you just don’t have the time or the means to find your spiritual family.

If this is the case, then I encourage you to pursue one of my development retreats for women. This is a chance to connect with like-minded women who have been through trauma and grief and want to do a deep dive into self-awareness and self-love.

What’s more, it’s a great opportunity if you want to go on a retreat but don’t have the time or money for it. Doing the women’s retreat online allows you to engage in sessions from the comfort of your home. It’s perfect for anyone who wants to practice self-care and experience emotional safety but has limited time available for a long-term commitment.

Personal Development Retreats Can Help Women Experience Increased Wellbeing Through The Power Of Community

Let’s face it: as women in today’s world, we are often taught to sacrifice our own needs for others. Self-care is supposed to be “selfish.” We’re expected to care for our kids, our spouses, and all of our loved ones before ourselves. But if we don’t do a deep dive into our inner lives and explore our needs and values, we often end up frustrated and spiritually dry. Our relationships become stale and our needs don’t get met.

My persoanal development retreats give women like you a chance to get in touch with your authentic and beautiful self and overcome the pain of the past.tion by increasing your wellbeing and intuition to live your best life today! This is an opportunity to be vulnerable, explore strengths you didn’t realize were there, and experience healing from grief or trauma you have experienced in life.

What To Expect In Retreats

To accommodate your busy schedule, I offer several kinds of retreats. There are weeklong retreats that last for about an hour each day, daylong retreats that last all day Saturday, and in-person, weekend retreats: from Friday evening to late Sunday morning. I schedule Retreat Into Greater Self Love monthly on line. You can sign up for a day time or evening time.

Daily one hour retreats offer a different focus. One retreat might concentrate on inner child healing, another on chakra balancing, and another on meditation. All build on psychic development and intuition: your GPS to living your best life! You can choose retreats based on what you’re interested in. I will also suggest retreats if I believe I am offering a retreat that would be beneficial to the work we are doing together.e

Getting Connected And Making Friends Through our Programs

Having a tight-knit community of women in our lives is so important. We see ourselves most clearly when our stories are reflected in the stories of the people around us. My hope is that the women you meet through my healing retreats can act as mirrors of your own joys and sorrows. I want you to feel seen, heard, and accepted for who you are.

After all, as important as it is to learn and apply new skills, the greatest part of retreats is the coming together of like-minded women. We are social beings and that’s why community has such healing power. What’s more, retreats are not a “one-off”—there will be a Facebook group to keep in touch with other members. You are encouraged to make friends through the process.

I have been working with women professionally since 2000, and have certificates in Trauma, Mindful Meditation, Grief Education and Energy Psychology. These programs combines all of this as well as my training and certification in Therapeutic Hypnosis, Asui and Karuna Reiki Master/Teacher and years of experience as a working medium and energy healer. By helping you make time for self-care, I believe that my retreats can empower you to work through childhood trauma and experience healing through the power of community.

You May Have Some Questions About Personal Development Retreats For Women…

What if I don’t have time for a retreat?

I will work to create an option that works for you—you don’t have to worry about carving out enormous amounts of time in your schedule. I book retreats with various time commitments and frequencies. If a weeklong retreat doesn’t work for you, you can do a daylong one and vice versa.

What if my group of women doesn’t like me or I don’t like them?

Everyone in my support groups come for the same reason: to connect with other women, heal from trauma, and grow in compassion and love. I deliberately structure my groups so that they will be cohesive. If you don’t enjoy your group, you can always discontinue and try another one. That said, sometimes lack of chemistry in a group isn’t a bad thing. It makes it easier to explore triggers and figure out why certain relationships are hard for you.

I don’t think I have enough alone-time in my house to do this.

You may want to consider making a special event and renting a hotel room or an Airbnb. You could also do the retreat at a friend’s house—after all, I encourage the women in my groups to bring friends along. Or perhaps, you will attend an in person retreat which I traditionally host in the Spring and the Fall.

You Deserve To Get Away And Have Time For Self-Care
